Since 2018 more than 175+ women from around the world participated in our RiseUp programs, with more than 60% of participants being women of colour. The impact of the progam is far reaching providing aspiring women leaders with a unique opportunity to strategically create an effective roadmap for their desired career path. What does impact look like?

• Over half have received a promotion/moved into a more senior role since RiseUp
• 80% felt more prepared for promotion after RiseUp
• 82% felt the RiseUp network helped progress their career/opened new opportunities
• 96% would recommend the programme to their peers

Tracey Davies (Tracey Davies President, Money20/20) shares her thoughts on how RiseUp started on a piece of paper in 2018 to evolve into a program that features some of the most diverse women in the whole live events industry.

Our global Advisory Board consists of respected industry executives from leading companies across the world with the likes of Ant Financial, Barclays, Citi, Google, PayPal and Wells Fargo; as well as female founders from the broader Fintech ecosystem.

We refresh our Advisory Board each year to ensure it is fresh and current. The RiseUp Advisory Board is responsible for;

• Advising-Money20/20 on current topics relevant to specific regions to help inform our RiseUp program agenda
• Mentoring-Each Advisory Board member commits to being matched with and building a relationship with one of the women from the cohort leading up to the show virtually and live in person at the show
• Shouting from the rooftops-Sharing with their networks the great things that are coming from RiseUp including promoting when both applications are open and submissions
• Judging-Narrowing down the hundreds of submissions we receive through our ‘blind’ judging process (no names, photos, age or ethnicity are shown) to choose the final women for each of our regional cohorts
